Fuzzy and front feed control of induction heating temperature 前饋復(fù)合控制方法
In order to enhance the precision , this design proposes that temperature - measuring circuit of platinum resistors and software should be employed to carry on adjustment of measured precision ; it also proposes that the interference of the grid can be reduced by the voltage front feed ; and meanwhile it calls for the application of the photoelectric insulation , the over heating protection and alarm so as to enhance the security performance of the system 為了提高精度,本設(shè)計還采用了鉑電阻溫度測量電路,并利用軟件對測量精度進行自校準;通過電壓前饋控制減少電網(wǎng)干擾。此外,設(shè)計中還加入了光電隔離措施及過熱自動保護和報警功能,以增強系統(tǒng)的安全性能。
